This ad really resonated with me. I try to run on a regular basis but I find when I'm stressed out or in a bad mood I run even more. The majority of the time I always feel better when I finish my run.

What a fantastic commercial.
Only thing is, they could have made the fact this is all about stress release on top of physical fitness. Still, the music and video is awesome.
