The document presented by Obama, has no unique identifiers to prove it is connected to a specific person, for identification purposes, or to other than to indicate an original document exists, which was sourced to provide the scant information presented. It is that origination document I prefer to see, in order to verify the accuracy of what has been presented to date, but also to determine both the nationality and citizenship, of the person.

@tgear77, as US citizen who has, pledged allegiance to the USA flag, sworn to uphold the US Constitution, and preserve protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, I do have constitutional duty, power and authority, plus I have standing, in that as a retired US service member I can be recalled to active duty until age 70. I will not serve under Barack Hussein Obama II, unless he comes clean about his eligibility!

The moment Cheney verified the results of the Electoral College, Obama became the duly elected President of the US. They were trying to put an end to the nuisance suits that had begun regarding McCain's eligibility. Senators from both parties, including Obama and Clinton, signed off on this to help McCain.

It's simple. When I was in High School we had Civics Class. In that class we learned some interesting things. The principle of "Je Suis, Je Soli". This states that anyone, with parents from anywhere, born on US soil is a US citizen. Anyone, one of whose parents is a US Citizen, is also a US citizen. These principles have not been repealed. One of his parents was a US citizen. Done. Period.

That was a case of miscommunication/mistranslation that was then exploited by the birther in the US who was doing the PHONE INTERVIEW THROUGH TRANSLATORS in Kenya.
