The fact that this dude is out of breath the entire video says something about how well he exercises, and since breathing is an integral and inseparable part of any exercise, it should be done correctly.

  • lol i done that farmers walk at the army but we used the big oil canisters called cherry cans they weghed 25kg each and we had to carry 2 for 30 meters and turn around and do this 6 times without dropping them i only felt it in my shoulders

    Oh ok. If you started lifting heavy weights at first sets, then it means that you changed your muscle structure. it takes time/dedication. eventually you'll see results. just keep doing what you are doing :)

    he is not teaching proper breathing at all.

    Never hold your breath at full load of the exercise!!

    Always exhale at full load of every exercise!  Your blood pressure is spiking at every exertion when you hold your breath! Good way to get a stroke dude!

  • @bootnreboot that's not all the way true. if you know anything about strength training. you must inhale and force the air out between the tounge and teeth making a hiss sound to keep your core muscles tight. the time it takes to do this will not cause a stroke. although, holding the breath should be avoided if you have hypertension. Breathing for most fitness enthusiasts is wrong anyway. Look into qi gong. this way of breathing i have found to be ideal for all sports.

  • Also, one other thing, holding your breath cuts the circulation of oxygen to your brain, which is the main reason why most people get lighted headed is because their not exhaling and inhaling. Breathing allows for oxygen to get to you brain and throughout your body which will help prevent dizziness. But dizziness can also be caused by other things though, not just holding your breath.

  • Very helpful video. But remember to breath bro. Breathing is the key to when doing any type of workout. Never ever hold your breath. Breathing allows air to flow through your lungs and throughout the muscles that you are working out on. Just thought I'd add my 2 cents of advice...

  • if excess fat is the problem, do cardio excercises ONLY, you have to be fairly fit in general to do lower back strenghtening programs

  • U have to realize that the only way u can loose the fat on your back is by EATING HEALTHY and doing CARDIO EXERCISES. It is impossible to try to target an area to get rid of fat. The body burns fat all over, not in specific areas. Ex.- some people think that u do crunches and abs to get a six pack, this is true and not true. If you have fat around your stomach you need to lose it through cardio & diet, otherwise you will build and tone the muscle but it will not be noticable.Burn fat first!!
