All of you knew gen fans, take some time to watch races when Bill Elliot, DW, and yes, Kyle Petty were all in their primes. Compared to Petty, Denny's experience behind the wheel of a cup car is almost 0. And hell, your all NASCAR fans, you should know that it dosent matter if your last name is Waltrip, Petty, or Earnhardt, if you have a shitty car, you have a shitty day. Petty is underfunded, thus his cars are shitty.
hey tret64, your an asshole, kyle's the veteran, hamlin doesnt need 3 freakin lanes to pass someone, he may be in the chase but there are other drivers out there and if you start pushing them outta the way, you'll get problems, especially when its a veteran of the sport, now i dont agree with the helmet hit, but come on, you would be pissed too if you were trying to keep some spot in the points and some second year punk thinks he's better than you because hes in the chase
How's he being a jerk? He even admitted that he was partly to blame for the wreck, but also that Denny needs to cool down when he's trying to get around somebody, which is true. Denny is still in his sophomore year, and he is still learning.
it's really funny when the new generation of nascar fan thinks they have a clue about the sport. all the know is the cookie cutter, mega corporation, nextell endorsed, version of nascar we watch today. It's about money; put kyle petty in a DEI, or Hendrick, or Roush racing car and see how he does, none of these young guns are anything without their teams, you only know a page in the story of nascar. I've been watching Cup racing for over 20 years and I am sick and tired of these young punks like Hamlin knocking people around and blaming them for the accident! Kyle does not have the unlimited funds like the 11 team has...Denny needs to calm down...seems like his "talent" has gone to his head!
