    \

  • I just bought an orange colored howdy doody uke on ebay

  • Play with UKEs instead of NUKES....deafinatly !!!

  • Wonderful collection. I love the rock & roll uke.

  • Theres this one store in my town, and they have crazy collection of awesome ukes for sale, really high quality stuff. and some of them are pretty weird too

  • bet theyre all scratched to buggery now gus!

  • You look like Davey Crocket, played by Billy Bob Thorton, in the movie, "The Alamo". That is the highest compliment i can give someone btw. Davey is the man!

  • I'm gonna get a carbon fiber Ukulele made with titanium tuners and whoop on all that want to challenge me.....................nah, it would be cool though.

  • a cheap 30 dollar wooden Uke would sound alot better than plastic..

  • You play me something on a 30 dollar wooden Uke, and make it sound even half as good as the stuff Gus plays on his plastic one, and I'll believe you...

  • well i just start learning the uke, i bought the Oscar Schmidt ou2 on ebay for only about 30-40. at least that thing gives off sounds. even if his skills is 100 times better than me, these plastic uke are only collectible items. i cant even find these plastic ones on ebay anymore since they stop making them, peoples would prefer acacia or koa now.

  • I bought a wooden one for about 10 Dollar on ebay :)

  • hows the sound quality?

  • Still waiting for it, bought it yesterday, gonna tell you on tuesday how it sounds :)

  • good good! i cant wait! well i bought that 30 dollar uke like i mentioned, but returned ASAP and bought a $180 Koa Pili Koko, i can't get enough of this intrument! ^^,

  • when did they stop manufacturing plastic ukes?

  • i might be wrong.. i saw them on ebay but it was more of a collectible item. if you're new and want to learn an instrument, im not sure if plastic uke is the best to start.

  • I remember me and my cousin playing with plastic ones when we were little kids, but they might have been one of our uncles' toys.

  • Ukulele Keeps Nice, Well-Behaved Youth Out Of Trouble!

What a great headline that would make.

Might spark a world-wide run on ukes...

  • eres lo maximo y estas bien guapo

  • I thought you had a Lisa too - didn't you get the ones I pointed out to you on eBay? Shame. I bought one this week - a Fin-der. I can see why you like them. Not as good as a good solid bit of mahogany though (or a Tunnocks teacake for that matter).

    I.

  • Haaahaaha, this is hilarious. Did you get some of those at yard/garage sales?

I love the sound of... "Hootenanny Uke."
