No, those are automated faders, they control them with a sequencer just like you would do a song but instead of playing percussión on a keyboard they make the faders go up and down in rhythm

Amazing. The response time seems unbelievable for something driven by worm gear motors, as a linear fader might be. Those motors must have been spinning 15K RPM.
