I know the GYM is not for me @ all im going @ try what you r saying..I just dont like all that running and stuff walking 2 a place I need 2 go and stairs r just as good I feel.Thank u MORE VIEDOS PLEASE...
1) Eat slowly and taste every bite - your body is like a fuel tank on a vehicle, the more your mind registers what fuel you are putting in the fuller you will feel.
2) Find fun and interesting things to do that make you feel happy. Comfort eating is common but we all want to be endlessly comfortable but we can only eat a limited amount - we need other ways to be happy and comfortable.
3) Learn to enjoy being physically active. Seriously, it's great fun when you get into it. For thousands of years humans have had to farm, run, climb and fight and now we find ourselves behind desks and in cars. Get in touch with your ancestors and climb stairs, walk places and adventure!
These are a few key ideas that I've found work very well for the people I help.
i love being active! i am trying to lose weight but i have been so tired lately so i don't work out or do anything active and its frustrating =( not sure what to do.
Yeah it can be tough sometimes because life tends to go on cycles, we get so exhausted because we're busy but then when we're less active it becomes harder to stay in shape and the less we're in shape the less we are active and the more tired we get!
The thing is that not being active actually makes us more tired so somehow or other we need to stay active.
You can do it during the day by climbing stairs, walking to your destination or getting of the bus early or else if you have some free time go outdoors and be active.
I know you can do it somehow! If you think of any other good ways please feel free to share them here.
