  • Hello! Have you heard the talk about - Supreme Panic Magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin at very last eradicated the panic attacks with it.

  • i´ve had this problem for 2 years now, the first times it felt like $hit, but i found that the best thing to do is to talk it off with someone you trust, burping is also another thing that helps me feel better, walking seems to help sometimes but if you're feeling dizzy do it with someone

if you're alone you should do something that you like so that your mind gets distracted, I usually play the guitar or listen to loud music, im no expert but i can control it now,

contact me if you want more

  • very good informative video

  • Cuts penis

  • Advice from a homeless person?

  • My experience is:

make zour own choice what zou feel is better for you:

1/ go out and be alone, visit some garden- take a dog out/

2/ call immediately your friend or go and visit him

3/go and visit your parents if possible

4/go to the church and pray or just sit down there.

    and have a HOPE

  • @Jessy44833 Try doing this around midnight.

  • is she having a panic attack or going into labor?

  • @ 0:04 on the bookshelf on the left is a book called "Total Truth" by Nancy Pearcey. The black and yellow one. I read it for a book club. The largest load of propaganda rubbish I have ever laid eyes on.

On the right is the book "I'm OK - You're OK" that was a really popular self help book when they were fashionable back about 1970, it was popular and recommended to me for reading, that was a load of rubbish too.

  • really cold shower or ice bath b4 you leave the house

  • I nvr took any drugs for PA though I was prescribd meds for anxiety year ago which had side affects & affected relationship with others vry badly. All I did was exposing to stressful situations not all at a time but slowly & trained myself in that situation - that's ok with prof life but personal life is not a routine task -- u can't have any prescribed situations, and it's fine if u r single. When u r about to get in a relationship -- it's really tough to handle and make pple understand..

  • Like how ignoring can damage, lack of acceptance that this person has PA due lack of understanding or ignorance or lack of awareness about this problem is equally dangerous and cause much damage. In my case, I am aware and has accepted that I suffer this prob, but my family couldn't coz what they have seen in me is entirely a dare devil so they still couldn't accept that I suffer this. So they tend to overlook so many things and they expose me to situations which is causing much anxiety and PAs

  • they're hoping that eventually exposure to stress will make you build up a resistance to it, I've seen a lot of families try that. It never worked for me either, I've done that myself my whole life. I worked in the worlds busiest airport, been in a lot of bands, I live in a big city...no matter how much stress I'm around it get's a little worse every year. Only meds, exercise, a change of diet, and Omega-3 supplements have helped in my case.

  • light up a bowl, get the room real smokey , turn the heat on high, dance around naked and play 2 different songs at once. And say there head looks like its going to explode.

NO! NO! NO! these are things NOT to do!

  • The best way to deal with a panic attack (in my opinion) is to attempt to think rationally. Remember that these are just episodes of your mind forgetting about reality. It is almost as if you are on LSD or some type of mind altering substance. Do not let your mind beat YOU. You are in control.

  • :)THANKS

  • That's a pretty good description of how they are to me. It's hard to accept sometimes how much a panic attack can change reality for you... but it can, and it is just a panic attack.

The best way for someone to help me is to say 'are you having a panic attack?' It kind of reminds me that's what it is... and if they calmly reassert that 'it's just a panic attack, you're okay.' That helps me to get out of it... I can never really concentrate on anything else anyway.

  • thanx for ur good comment on the anxiety video :)

  • Hey everyone, I've created a site by me (I do suffer from Panic Disorder for 12-years) to help others. My condition has pretty much improved and I'm posting my tips and techniques and findings to help others!

  • the best advice.. is to talk to them about a specific subject that is positive.. and keep asking them open ended questions.. my g/f does this for me and it helps out so much when i'm having one.. if there is nothing to distract me i think of death and i leave the room and go to the bathroom upstairs and continue to freak out forever.. but it's actually only about 25 mins

  • thanx think this comment will help me out..:)

  • True

  • Man it feels like a heart attack this must be whats going on with me it sucks so bad the doc told me it was panic attacks it feels more like a heart attack to me but now i know more thanks for the post. The doc put me on meds for this the one that helps most is the 2mg alprazolam twice a day it really works try it..

  • this is a helpful tool for family and friends. I guess I never thought about being embarrassed. But that does not mean my Mom or others are not embarrassed. SOme times I think I embarrass my friends when I have an attack. I usually do not want ANY help, just want to HIDE. This video is helpful. Just because I have panic does not ness. mean I know how other people feel when they have Panic attacks.

  • great advice.

  • I think the most calming factor during a panic attack is to have an empatic and relaxed person giving me instruction on how to get out of the "panic zone", by telling me to breathe properly and divert my attention by pointing out something positive, like a nice view or the fact that the flight is almost over and so on. Good video.

  • I aggree too. I have panic attacks too

  • good advice the last thing I need when it happens to me is people getting scared or trying to make me breathe it just makes it worse for me!

  • so true

  • Thanks for sharing,I agree.
