Sorry guys but I don't think so. Big yellow plates are usually 10 pound bumper plates. That second one looks like a 25 to me, but it could be a 10. If it's a 45 pound bar, that would make it 85-115 lbs. Still good but a far cry from 155...
yellow 15kg = 33 pounds the black i would say are 5 kg = 11 pounds making the snatch 132.3 pounds wth the addition of collors if there an additional 11 pounds would make it 145 pounds so its not 115 pounds is it you fucking retard
actually i do considering i do olympic weightlifting and i know that the yell are 15kg or 33 pounds so u dumb fuck i do have a bit more of a clue than you... dick head
Wow are you really this dense? In my gym we have yellow bumper plates the size of 45s, that weigh ten pounds. They're specifically designed FOR Olympic lifting, because beginners can't start with 135 pounds, and to use regular 10 pound plates would put the bar too far down. Maybe YOUR yellow plates weigh whatever the hell you said, but I'm sorry to inform you that there are other yellow plates in the world.
Right so basically she's pulling either: 145 pounds if they're official Olympic plates, and 115 if they're traditional barbell plates. Either way can we at least agree that it's an appreciable amount?
No offense, but i would hate to be a weight lifter/power lifter with the last name Weakly lol Dang its like a sprinter having the last name Retardando or something lol

those are the old shitty wannabe bumpers. They are cast iron with a rubber lined outside edge. I think they weigh like 15 pounds, They are not in KG.

A yellow oly plate is either 15kg(33lb) or 25lb. At best, we're talking a difference of 16lbs from one to the other.
TaTuSpartan 3 years ago
That looks like a 45 and a 10 lb on each side, but it's hard to tell from the video. If it's a standard barbell, that would be 155lb. WOW.
