There is no difference, it's the same keyboard but they use different model numbers and a higher price because one comes with a mouse. The K350 is just the keyboard and cheaper while the MK550 comes with a mouse and is more expensive....but they're the same keyboard.

k350 is unifying, and if you have an unifying mouse like the performance mx its a nice feature

I just purchased one of these. As for features, it gets a 9+...comfort on the wrist 10. This gets my approval
