"We the People" already have a charitable medical healthcare plan in place for the poor---it's called Medicaid!
And you're right The Government ought not force the American taxpayers to continue to pay for the ignorant & lazy folks who make a career out of Welfare---that is IMMORAL!. Gov needs to clean up Welfare Fraud and forget about trying to put the entire country on Welfare.
