  • Guru? Not even close. Photo retouching is all all about non-destructive editing. Making a selection and using Hue & Saturation from the menu is just a poor way of doing things.

    It's much better to use a Hue & Saturation adjustment layer, it will not only automatically create the proper mask based on the current selection, but also doesn't touch the original, it allows for adjustments at ANY time, even days later, plus it allows for a quick before & after whenever you feel like it.
