I have never heard of this as part of CFS. Sounds more like POTS-related fatigue.

I did try CoQ10 but I am so sensative to everything that it just sent me into a massive crash, same for L-Carnatine and D-Ribose.

Dr Enlander i am wondering if you can answer a question for me? I have CFS and I have POTS. My heart rate goes up to between 120 - 150 when I stand up and my blood pressure gets low. Have you had success using EECP for POTS like I have? Would it not be a concern if the patient already had low blood pressure? I am very interested in this because I am currently totally housebound because of muscle weakness, fatigue and the POTS.
