So I think, they wanted the cameraman to do something (or not to do something) which he refused to do. And the reason of why one cameraman hit another cameraman was just because the latter was shooting the fight. Many people get too nervous because of that. I myself once was about to get my cam broken when I decided to shoot a fight for fun.
