I'm not sure if this is exactly where it happened, but as I recall the actor playing Hero did, in fact, break his toe during either performances or tech week. He refused mention it to the directing staff until the production was struck as the show must go on!

This is very well done. The girl is whiny but thats how her character is GUYS!!! That's how SHE developed it and i think she did amazing! Hero, on the other hand, has an amazing voice but lacked character like a cracker lacks salt. It was very bland. But, Pseudelus was great and hilarious the voice and the character go hand in hand! He was awesome! Must give it up for you!!!

I know she's supposed to be clueless and mindless and whatever else she is, but yeah, she's really whiny.

The performance I watched in Downey of A Funny Thing Happened... had a really good actress playing her. She had this...innocent, mystical voice that wasn't whiny or anything.

But still. This entire musical was done really well by this group!

i agree to this, i saw it at my local theater, she still sounded cluless and mindless, but she was softer and wasnt yelling.
