  • GTD sucks for actually 'getting things done'...

All you need is a simple to do list with notepad...

  • While Evernote can be used for GTD, it lacks so many features that are simple but powerful for GTD to truly shine. Projects is a good example. Sequential and Parallel projects. The ability to have a focus list. Calendar, Tickler/reminders, Delegation with email and contact information, etc.

It's a simple and nice setup, but lacks too many important things that make up GTD.

  • Others interested in that combo may want to look at The Secret Weapon, a new free system that combines GTD and Evernote.

  • AUDIO!?!?!

  • Lazy ass youtuber couldn't even narrate his own damn video...

  • Do you not use the projects feature of GTD? How do you handle anything that involves more that one action?

  • Gotta have audio . . .

  • Thanks, I could get hooked on one minute explanations for everything!

  • Sound would have been helpful.

  • This is simple, elegant and very helpful. Good work, thanks for sharing!

  • This is very hard to follow along with, since your video lacks any audio to go with it. Can you provide slide-by-slide liner notes, or re-upload a version that contains audio?

  • @fullsleevetats Sorry about the sound. I created it and there was mic issues... Anyways, you can find the whole system outlined on my blog: Darren Crawford . com or just google "evernote gtd"
