i think it would look cuter with the lining intact....so there is still a "skirt" underneath and a fringe overlay...not everyone would want their crotch and butt showing with every move they make and you didn't even show it sitting. ...obviously you must wear a thick pair of tights or leggings underneath. but it is really cute
