Go to the actual folder in your applications that has the .exe and there is a Data folder. The options.txt is hidden so you have to make them visible

There's this thing called options.txt you can download-it has check boxes to enable and disable some secret functions in the game-by default they are disabled. I can't have it because it doesn't work on my computer. Maybe you will have better luck with it and the hex editor to change trains. While the hex editor is not shown here, I still can't download it even though I want it and know how to use it. PM me for more information.
