@toyu17 If the drill uses a universal motor (like most drills) then it can be used on square wave electricity. Universal motors do not care about the supply waveform.
well done project, but can you explain what do you mean by "combiming 2 transformers 2kva each" you should rectify their outputs first then chop the resulted high voltage DC to get 20v ac is that correct ??

Why not use TRUE SINE WAVE? Your are using a PIC to get only this?

show us the OUPUT voltage & then connect that power tool, am sure the output would drop to 150v etc . . .
