The TV show (at least in Japanese) is epic. I saw ONE ova episode in English dub...just cuz i honestly had no other choice....Integera's voice was fail, Alucard's was not bad, and Victoria didn't talk much in that episode. episode 4 i think it was, of the OVA. I saw the entire tv show series in Japanese....it was quite epic.

You know, I rather enjoy the english dub. It's one of the very very few animes that I will watch in english. I think it's the people with the German accents that really get me. I can catch when they're talking in German what they're saying really quickly when I'm watching the English. And the voices really aren't that aawfully terrible anyways. Maybe it's the fact that I want to hear it in English since they're in England... idk

The english ova's are fucking amazing, they have such great production value just like in Japanese and the voice acting is impeccable. Crispin Freeman makes Alucard ALUCARD. =)

@Ryuzaki492008 Should one laugh or should one cry... Crispin Freeman was unconvincing, not by far badass enough. The mood that the japanese voice of Alucard sets is irreplacable.

if you want to make a GOOD Hellsing AMW, use the OVA.. Thats the real Hellsing, not this Hellsing TV Show.... It doesnt follow the original storyline at all

The TV show is still a classic, it may not be as good as the Hellsing ultimate, but it still deserves some some credit.
