That is what parkour is, We actually started training more on PK then in Free runinng. Now we are trying to learn new stuff like arial,front flip,shooting press and lot.

PK is finding the most efficient way from one place to another.If you check other PK videos it would be no different with kong vaults,under bars and other vaults.

Dude but u can make parkour look like a lot better than that: Jumping greater distances, Jumping fro a greater hights and so on.....

there was no freerunning in that parkour ;)
