i think its because you have a child account, that happened to me, i called microsoft and they told me that, so you have to wait 'till your 18, the little boxes will appear if you have an adult account, thats the problem ;)

update sucks.their going downhill. my supposed child account wont let me download M rated content, as i was before. i have to wait til im 18! (4 years). my parents think that its retarted too. the dy from 1800-4myxbox said the system is "tricked" what the heck is that supposed to mean. my console freezes alot after the update, never did it b4 it though!!!!wtheck

This is update screwed my xbox 360. Now any game that required a HDD wont work (halo 3) until i actually remove the hard drive. If i were you i wouldn't update this.
