If i got audioswapped, that means the band wouldn't give permission, either because they don't want to or couldn't.

The thing is, it's a bot doing the copyright claims. Not a human being. This is why videos with large amounts of views get hit before ones with smaller views, and why songs will get hit IMMEDIATELY on upload, before anyone's even seen them. The bands themselves, 99% of the time, don't even know a video's been hit with copyright. Neither do their labels.
