Indeed this a great tune called "Steam Train To Mallaig" as dogscoop pointed out its got 2nds and 3rds sounds really good with like 4 or 5 pipers

I'd say this is Scottish Mayhem (the pipers and the bodhran player in the kilt) accompanied by Porter & Stout (the pirates at the back of the stage) at the Great Lakes Medieval Faire in OH.
