Laws are good, If it were not for laws millions of sociopaths just like me would be shaking in our shoes wondering how to live.Once we have laws we can fake being human and it does not get any better than that for a sociopath.

There are necessary laws and then there are unnecessary laws. The song is about the unnecessary laws. For instance, IMHO, seat belt laws are unnecessary.
