Sure I did. That's why he's still smiling and looks happy.

That is a little extreme. I did not see any pain on the dog's face, but perhaps some discomfort. And it looks more like he was pulling on the harness than forcefully and painfully grabbing the skin. I would have liked to see more enthusiastic praise, but nothing worth this much scolding.

HE'S FINE. Dogs forgive and forget easily for little things like that.
