I think it's because music has changed so much since the 80's. At my school if I mention Ozzy people will put him down that could be the reason I don't know. But yea it is stupid Randy is awsome live. RIP Randy youre the best :p

the distortion he had was "shimmering" NOTHING LESS. a Fing Mazing.

It came off much fuzzier on record, maybe that was due to stacking the guitars 4 high. I prefer eddies fair warning tone or halen 1 tone on atomic punk or on fire. Randy had a big tone live, and him and rudy lock in great together.

Thank you for posting this. I have never ever seen Randy play guitar except the excerpts in the Live Crazy Train video. He is one of my all time heroes.
