  • Has anyone ever seen a midnight express truck in midnight blue? Some people who use to own them said they came in midnight blue.

  • This makes me wet.

  • is it for sale?

  • wow thats a gem man

  • That is such a nice truck and sounds great. My father used to build those trucks in Windsor Ontario Canada.

  • Where can I find one of the bed covers? I cant find one any where and want one for my 78'

  • In its day it beat everything on the market from Porsche to Corvette & everything in between. The best thing about 78's is they don't require a catalytic converter.

  • This was faster than the 78 Corvette stock lmao, MOPAR!

  • sharp!!

  • i have a 1979 little red with a 440 big block but it is nothing comparable to yours (mine still needs ALOT of time and work).

  • i love your truck!

  • 15000 $

  • hey if you know how many lil reds were built can you tell me how many 76 dodge d100s were built and how many estimate are left?

  • How about 8,000 also where do you live at what state?

  • where u live?

  • Hallo, is this truck still for sale?

  • my dad have one just like that its remind me alot of good memories

  • when i was a kid, a guy next door had one of these. i loved that truck so much and wanted one so bad... i still do!

  • I had a Ford F100 6 foot bed stepside when this Dodge came out. In my opinion the best looking trucks came out in the 60s and 70s. Todays trucks look to much like the ugly cars they build except for a few. Most of the grills suck. Dodge still has one of the most boldest grills.

  • I saw a small spec of dirt on the paint.

  • Did the trucks come with the tonneao [ I think thats how you spell it ] covers? I Have a 78 and i know when i bought it it didnt come with the bed cover. and a majority of lil reds i see have the cover.

  • Tonneau

  • How much?

  • I am asking $14,000. Make me an offer.

  • I miss my Lil Red :,(

  • You can buy mine.

  • Not sold huh!

Maybe you should have taken it to trucks at Carlisle or the Mopar nat's

Far better chance taking to a show where people have to make a choice on the spot or lose out.

I was at Carlisle and took home a Warlock ( frame off ).

  • The sunroof, what type is it,

    does it just tilt open,

    can it be removed,

    what is the size?

I was thinking of putting one in my truck too,

    Any photo's

  • Is that the factory tach on the lft side of the dash?

  • Actually you could install after market Air, there are many many options. Make me an offer, i might just accept it and the $ you would save you could buy air. :)

  • no air conditioning ? i thought lil reds all had air conditioning? i live in texas, its 104 degrees here, i gotta have my ac. ;)

  • No not may Lil Red's especially 1978 models have Air. This truck is not for you.

  • its a awesome truck, interior is top notch, just couldn't drive it in texas :)

  • Not all of them. I have a 79 and it did not have A/C but, the dealer did a hack job installing the old R12 unit. You could get a nice R134 unit and be set. It won't be cheap though.

I drove my 79 without A/C through the desert portion of Spokane, WA in 95+ weather. The key is to keep trucking with the slider open.

  • why did u take the origal motor out it ran 12s down the 1/4 when it was new

  • That is not true; the production trucks would do good to do mid 15's, Google it. That is a common misconception because of the prototype truck that a magazine tested did run 13s so everyone thinks the production truck did also. The production trucks did not have the same motor, heads or headers. They were just your basic EH1 Police motor with a 340 cam.

  • how much?

  • I have it listed on my home page for $16,000 however it's negotiable. Make me an offer to consider. The link to my home page is included in the video and the you tube post more details. My home phone number is on my home page if you would like to call and ask more questions.
