It's pre-recorded vocals where they record her singing live while she's standing still and then play that version while she's dancing and performing so that it LOOKS and SOUNDS live. Lip syncing to a live vocal. Its a music industry trick a lot of artists use (Janet Jackson does it a lot). She comes in with her actual live voice after 2:00. You tell by how flawed it is compared to everything she sang before the 2:00 mark. pay close attention.
