Well, the first season of QAF UK and the first couple of episodes are sort of the same. But you see, in UK, there were only 12 episodes. In the US, there were 83.

Plus the whole feel of the programmes is different. The UK QAF is an edgy drama, whereas the US one is more of a soap -- albeit a high-quality one.
