they sound so nice, however, with cat yami's new voice i don't think shinji goes as well as he used to. :( maybe you should try someone a little softer. or flag yami with a stronger Y flag?

OvO aw, naw. Yami cat is wrong genre with shinji. It's whipery and high range, not low range enabled yet. I wouldn't use them together. But, this is strong yami on Y0H10 resampler.exe. Everyone's just rendered with those settings.xD haha, thanks.

@EcstasyDarks Omg this made me fall in love with meiko too :D. And I never use flags or resamplers on any of my voicebanks, so I wouldn't really know about it too much /shot. And I don't use resamplers and barely flags on my covers...fail /shotagainbythesameghettoperson
Meiko can sound great, too! It's fine. The basic Y0H10 flag makes utau sound clearer and smoother, imo. Y0H10and then I pair it up with bre0, etc. etc. usually flags are already on the ust. xDD well. I just like to stick with default resampler, no lie<-this is the engine you use to render the wav file in utau. YT search utau engines to hear the comparison. I'm afraid of the other engines not supporting any flags or messing up on some notes etc.etc.
@EcstasyDarks Ya, sure hope Meiko gets an epic update. Well I generally use Y0H10 when I feel its needed, but not much past that (Sometimes mess with the whole breath thing). And I really shouldn't touch other engines because I have bad karma with them...
yes, that meiko append. I am looking forward to it! crypton vocaloids always make me so nolstalgic. They have such unique voices. BU, hnng can't say the same about the new wave of vocaloids. the only v3 I am looking towards owning for certain is aoki lapis. yes, the other engines have bad karma for me too. Fresamp in particular is troublesome <-- I spammed this too much back then. eoe Turns yami so whiny, even with filters.
