  • wow sum ppl r so simple minded i enjoyed the pics n have been lookin 4 this song for a long time im glad u posted it thanks...

  • oh stop this childish nonsense and while we're at it let me remind you that the Lord Jesus Christ came in the form of a JEWISH MAN!!!!! How does that sit with all of you people? Shame on all of you, the King of the Jews was hated more than all the racism that has ever existed...and still is. Shame on all of you, read the Scriptures, the real ones, 1611 King James, and stop this petty squabbling or get a strong rebuke from the JEWISH MESSIAH who graciously grafted Gentiles into His Grace!

  • color ?????????????????????????????????

  • @Alyakh Is this Twila Paris??? Doesn't sound like her.

  • That does not sound at all like Twila Paris. In am pretty sure it isn't.

  • "Do I Trust You, Lord?" is a question. So punctuate!

In answer to the question... well.... after WW1 & WW2 and Eritrea, and Japan, and Haiti, and the "8 million children who die needlessly every year" et al...... I think the answer must be no!

There is no god, and that's a fact.

Life is what you have. It is the only reality you will see - so live it well, and then die and go back to the stars whence you came.

    Peace and Love.

  • I'm sorry for being so critical. I'm sure you meant no harm. I was just extremely grouchy and took it out on you. Im sorry! This is a beautiful song. It's just that the world is so segregated. It's hurtful when the Church is too. God bless you!

  • Guys I never meant anything by picking more 'white' people over anyone else. I am in no way racist or would create a worship video to depict that, I googled and picked pictures that came up, where there others I could have chosen, probably, but in no way did I ever intend to discriminate. I do have more then white's, and one picture over another was not chosen because of skin color, but composition for the lyrics and what I found to interpret them.

  • praise allah

  • When I was a kid my mom sang this song in a Western & Gospel group. Thanks for sharing!

  • PS. This is a major reason my kids hate church. They never feel like they belong. They are biracial and BEAUTIFUL, but ppl just look on the outside. Shame on the Body of Christ in the US. We are too racist!

  • @Dmesns I have to say that I agree with you. Nice video, but as usual only shown from one perspective though I am sure the intent was sincere. I work at a a conservative radio station and this is all I see, those who claim him are of all races and tribes, why do we not celebrate it as such?

  • @Dmesns they are not all Caucasians, and I apologize to have upset you. I meant nothing of the sort when creating it.

  • @AlyakH Sweetie this was beautiful. Keep up the good work.

  • @Dmesns I am sorry that this offended you. Do you realize that your "Ken and Barbie" statement is hurtful as well. Is that how you really feel about caucasian people? That we are all fake like Ken and Barbie?

I do hope you mean it when you say that Jesus extends His hand to everyone. (EVEN caucasians???)

  • @Dmesns Hello my friend, please don't get bothered by the absence of more colored persons in the video. There was a father and son there in 3:37 of the video. As faithful as you are, strengthen your faith more so things like this will not affect you at all. Let's grow all together in the Lord. There's nothing will bother us anymore once our eyes, our thoughts and emotions are in the Lord. Peace my friend...

  • @Dmesns

You see that is who you are, all you see is COLOR. That would never have noticed that until I seen 2 comments on that. What a shame. Even Christians want more of their own kind in the kingdom of God. Yes, that's right, that is exactly how you represent yourself.

We are all the same who are in Christ Jesus...

  • very worshipful...Love this song.

    I tweet it often..

    @RuthieAppleby

  • I bow my head as I hear this..being raised in the church

  • This song was written by Twila for Melody Green, the wife of Keith Green. Keith and Melody were born again Christians, having been born in the Jewish faith (Messianic Jews). Keith Green's music is phenomenal. He, along with two of their four children, were killed in a plane crash on July 28, 1982. Melody continues in their ministry.

  • thank you for posting this!

  • You are Very Welcome!

I keep wanting to do more, not sure why I haven't...

  • This song has so mcuh relevance today with the latest tragedy at Fort Hood. May people turn to Him now, during this time of upheaval and confusion.

  • best song after loose your girl friend

  • good God's comfort after l lost my girl friend

  • I love this song. I listened to it first years ago.....and now listening to it again brings back so many memories!

  • love this song!

  • sounds like Olivia newton john instead Ha ha!

  • This song was written by Twila and also sung by her but this version definitely isn't Twila singing. Just FYI!

  • Hmm You might be right, I thought for sure the single I purchased was Twila Paris, but this could be Shawna Marie.

Still a great song written by Twila :-)

  • The backing track is the same one used by Twila but I think the vocals are different. If you find out who sings it please post. Thanks for putting this song up. It is a gem and yours is the only one up on utube.

  • I tried to track down where I got this, so I went to iTunes and found one and it was Shawna Marie who sings it, but I am not sure I got this off iTunes because if I did then I would have known it wasn't Twila who was singing it.

  • This is diffidently Twila, it pretty obvious in the style of the singing and the music.

  • Yes it is.

  • & church being my 1st priority and cos of that, i neglect my schooling. & setting an example at home also is a pressure to me..

  • i fought God a month ago. i really directed my anger to him because i was so overwhelmed with the pressures at home cos my family weren't Christians & in school cos i dislike the course i was taking (& i'm now in my last year & still no guidance/foresight for this prep for career life). Until now, I'm still not in terms w/ God. I don't want to go to church anymore. I think I lost my faith & trust in God. I still to Him but not as enthusiastic as b4 & still w/ bitterness.

  • Faith is a hard one. Right now, I don't know where God wants me to go or what He wants me to do. "Don't you have a plan for me?" I ask Him. "Don't you know that I'm weak and need help?" And He says to me, "Patience. Haven't I provided for you, just as I provided for Abraham, Joseph, Moses, and David? Didn't I give strength to Peter, John, and Paul? I have a plan and a purpose for you, too."

    Josh 1:9

    John 14:27

    Jer. 29:11

    John 16:33

    Rom 8:28

    You're welcome to email me.

  • Yes I DO TRUST YOU LORD!!! You know where I have been and what I have done and have gone through and up to now I still trust you.... I love you Lord!!!

  • Do I trust Jesus my Lord? of course,as long as I live and as long as I breath

  • Glory glory glory...bless you for putting this up
