This should have been the standard boss music for the game. Just sayin'... Although it does make sense as Ambush music. This is exactly the feeling you get when someone surprise attacks you (with malicious intent).

"It will never be avaible for the PAL/EU/UK PSN..." so i sold my PSP, one week after that i saw this on the PSN in sweden and i was like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU­UUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!" So i now i got it on ePSXe, i had the original but one of my friends broke both fucking discs! :(

No, not just sometimes. I was allowing enemies to ambush me every battle to hear only this music and not the regular battle theme. And I got mad when I found out it wasn't used anymore in disc 2.

You could really feel the heat in this song when the monsters were closing in on you the first time you played the game and heard it.

After that , you couldnt help but let the enemies ambush you just for the enticing feeling in the battle.

Someone gave you a thumbs down, but I actually agree with you, slightly. The game was fun enough, but the story was very bad and the characters weren't very good either. Grandia 2 is, in my opinion, the best in the series.

I agree, Grandia 2 is the only one of the series that I've played that left me awestruck. The music, the characters, the story(Albeit it's cliche now, but for it's time it was very epic and fresh). G2 is my favorite as well.

This was one a bic topic discussion in one of my Forums, people argued about the meaning of that a lot. The statement I like best was: "You're stronger on CD2, it istn't that much of a problem anymore. So they gave it a new song that shows: "'Hey, up to now, you can handle this' "
