  • I'm not ignorant, I'm a PT, it's not that hard to become a PT. You take a certification test and BAM, you're a PT. I'm going to college to be better qualified, this guy obviously knows more than you because of the position he's in. If not, then why don't you put up some vids with tips.

  • Bean, before EVERY workout, you should do 10-30 minutes, I do 20 minutes of cardio, but I work my legs hard, after every work out, run for about 5-10.

    If your aim is Mass/Strength then ur pre-work out cardio should only be a warm up i.e. 10min jog to get blood flowing, a 3-5mile run would cause excess fatigue and lactic acid build up in turn effecting ur weight session meaning you will lift less weight for less reps = less gains overall.

    For Cardiovascular Training do your 3-5mile jog first then weights.

    All about prioritising

  • the hanging weights add a different resistance and variety is very important for sculpting and building properly, but the guy is swinging his elbows up to his chest....if you want to get injured then do it like him. Elbows have to stay at your sides, they dont swing up, that can seriously injure your rotating shoulder joint.
