sayyiduna abu hurairah (radhi'allahu anho) narrates, that sayyiduna rasoul'allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: there is one verse in surah al- baqarah that is the chief of all the verses of the quran, never is this verse recited in a house in which shaitan is present except that it flees from it, this verse is ayatul kursi.

Listening to the Qur’an is a real cure for people’s hearts. I know it has really helped me to cope with so many of my own personal problems. The human heart today more than ever before in History needs resuscitating spiritually.
