Car Alarm with Remote Engine Starter

Hello i have just got Best Buy to install this Carvox CX-999 alarm but after i got it I’m having so many problems with the remote start. When it tries to start after the engine turns over it sound like the starter is still running for about 2 sec. after the starter turns off the car runs for about 2 sec and shuts down and it tries to keep starting but every time it shuts down. Can u help me?

Well not really because your brake pedal is a way to shut off the engine too. So u can on a manual without the steering wheel lock but once u push the brake, it shuts off unless u got the key in the run position
