I got to try this recipe looks good and its quick, I tried the cheesecake cups and my family loved them. I made some thing very similar the other night, however I did it in a skillet on the stove, then flaked the fish into shreds & made fish tacos. Get some sour cream, cheese, & lettuce then eat. Easy Peasy! I used the refridgerated Salsa to add some freshness.. I love your cooking videos!
