for the most part I like kpd. However the fact that Washington state law says a vehicles exhaust may not exceed 98db is not the law in our town. Officers have been given the authority to give loud exhaust tickets at their discretion. Which means that anyone with a shiny new exhaust, loud or not, is now a target for kpd. My 2.5 inch brm duel tip cat back is rated at 96db and yet I still received a ticket. why? Because the police here would rather exploit teens than abide by WA law.
Kennewick cops arent that bad..However, I dont like the fact that they train on the public..we are not guinea pigs!... that never set well with me. and One particular cycle cop that needs his ego checked maybe his boots are to high.... other then that, kennewick isnt bad
What do you mean exactly by 'train on the public' Every police department in the United States does this. It happens when an officer gets out of the academy, we have to go through a Field Training Program which is typically 12 weeks, where we are observed before being cut loose.
But in all fairness, Although Kennewick police has their fair share of morons who need their egos stroked and I am certain play quick draw in front of the mirror, the force in general are very good with the public.

im not surprised that one of the training exercises is walking onto a school bus and shooting the targets, the police are not working with us.
