Hi kelly - loved this recipe, would it be nice with Dow miu or blanched kai lan? I did something similar with blanched bok choi, shrimp, squid, garlic chives, ginger shaoxing rice wine and a little fish sauce, that was delicious too. Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes
@merciasound Sorry for the late reply, I have been busy taking care my sick baby. With this recipe, I would do Dow miu over Kai lan. However it's up to your personal taste. Shaoxing rice wine plus fish sauce is genius, I'll try that next time!
@cookwithkelly Yeah. But fish sauce is not that commonly used in chinese cuisine? Fish sauce i have seen mostly used in malay, viet, cambodia, laos etc. but not chinese.
