I don't think so, man. They are not pretending to be Shawn, and as far as I know, you can't copyright a YouTube username.

I think the logic behind it was "Since Shawn is using Sick Kids' Hospital's name to raise money for himself, wouldn't it be deliciously poetic if someone used Shawn's name to raise money for Sick Kids' Hospital?"

As long as the channel contributors don't try to deceive people into thinking that they are actually Shawn, the X man, himself, I reckon it's all above board.
