I am deadly terrified there's a chance I am in the wrong religion. I am researching and exploring all religions; I want to serve the right God. Will Allah hate me for exploring religions to get the facts? If I die tomorrow, will I go to hell? Do Christians, from a Muslim perspective, go to hell?

@247united Brother, That feeling of guilt that you are experiencing & that desire you have now, that Allah forgives you is also from him. Not you. This means ur heart is still alive. He is making you to feel the weight of what you did, so that you may repent and turn towards him. Millions walk this earth in complete blindness to God commands and he chose you among them, something in you that he likes that’s why he is waking you up..... that guilt Ur feeling is the first step towards him

Mercy & forgiveness only comes through Jesus. Why should God forgive u when u chose to go to him ur way instead of His Way through Christ? Jesus said, I" am the Way, Truth and the Life." Do u think He lied? How will u escape the judgment of God if u neglect so great a salvation. God has sent u a boat to rescue u from drowning, but u turned it down, saying "I'm your sinful slave Allah rescue me!" Without Jesus' salvation, all u have is Satan's mercy & God's justice!!!

@ukurbanfarmer if you want to know, if you are a true believer or not ? And do u truly fear him or not ? Do a self test on your self, because we can lie to others but we cant lie to our selves. Sit & ask your self do i pray regularly? Do i follow his commandments? When tempted, do i stop my self from committing the haram? Do i harm others with my hand and tongue? inshaAllah you will know the answer. If you are lacking in some areas now u know abt it and can work on it to become a better Muslim

Even if u could you will have to answer to God for rejecting so great a salvation He has provided you with. So this teaching will not profit you whatsoever. God doesn't speak to anyone that rejects when He presents them with truth. In fact, He sends a strong delusion that you might believe a lie

im the one who repented and repented truely but i have doubt if allah would accept it why ? well u are going to kill some or destroy his life and a minute later ,
well i repent . so who is responsible to that persons life u ? whats his foult ? who,s going to compensate him ? not saying allah cant or wont forgive but i cant get my head around this some how . and thats why i think allah may forgive me but i CAN NOT forgive my self . 40 some years being atheist and now repent ? not that easy

@m98m99 once you have accepted Islam truly for the first time your entire life has been forgiven and a lot of your sins if not all have been turned to good deeds, do not worry Allah (SWT) forgives what is past and what has been done in ignorance , but if you ever turn back now your repentance will never be accepted as stated in the Quran....welcome to Islam brother

@m98m99 just know that, despairing in the mercy of Allah (SWT) is a sin in itself because Allah (SWT) wants us to know that he forgives every sin for he is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful, my only advice to you brother is read the Qu'ran in english it is Gods words and it has never been changed even once since its existence

There is no limit or condition to the limit of a merciful God except our refusal to accept it as a blessing from Allah. One of the greatest sins is to take matters into our own hand and to try to think we can manipulate God by earning what He already is. The Quran states God is the most forgiving and the most merciful, I interpret this to be without limit. Us thinking we can do things without God is the sin that our 1st ancestors Adam and Eve committed, the first great evil in the world.

No offense, but God will not leave u unforgiven if u die a mushrik. what if all u did ur whole life was help people, did very noble deeds, never hurt urself or any1 else, and ON TOP OF ALL THAT you got a 100 people to convert to islam because u think it's a good religion to follow, but u urself are just not convinced? Do u still go to hell? Obviously there's smthng wrong with that. Dont doubt God but I think u should adjust ur view of Him and treat his name with respect as 'al rahman al raheem'

The biggest sin that you can commit in islam is called SHIRK,that is to bring partners, (rivals other god's) with Allah. If you die holding that belief then paradise become forbidden for you. A person who has commited shirk throughout his life but if he repents ALLAH forgives him, but he has to repent with a true heart, watch the lecture i uploadded called (THE POWER OF REPENTANCE) its in 5 parts. that will fully explain to you ALLAH's mercy

@jabroni204.......Ofcourse the first thing is to firmly believe in the creator. And how does one do that? Its not just a word of mouth that one say i believe and he becomes a believer no. It is to follow what HE (swt) has told us to the best of our ability. And also to believe in his creation. Then that person becomes a believer.
