Remarkable mash-up from the great box artist, Joseph Cornell. Hard to believe it was created in 1936. The clips are from "East of Borneo", a nifty little grade b jungle flick that Cornell got a copy of somehow and added the tinting and the cheesy soundtrack. And you are right about the crocodile scene, mariahci. Fantastic!
Full version of the film is part of the "Treasures of the American Film Archives" series, which you can buy on DVD.

Wish it were the full length. This clip doesn't include the awesome scene of the crocodiles.
