Scarier for you =/= scarier as a matter of fact. In fact, most of the people I have ever talked to find Michael scarier. Reasoning being he's more realistic, the idea that he might come get you is more personal with Michael (not limited to Camp Crystal Lake), the storyline is much more original and interesting with Michael.

Tbh, in my opinion, there's just so much more substance with regards to the "scariness" in Michael's movies that it just makes FT13 look weak.

Pennywise is a millions-of-years-old shapeshifting god, his true form is said to be so disturbing, that no human can bear the sight of it. This guy could probably kill Superman.
