One of the biggest mistakes when working with the double end bag is keeping the tension too tight. It should be loose to simulate the movement of a fighter so you can work on slips and movement.

@73mandala If there's stitching on the bag like on an American football then that should be at eye level but if not get the middle of the ball as close to eye level as posible.
