I was unable to do a video tesponse but here is how you hide the toolbar in the wii browser. on your start page click on settings. under toolbar display select

auto hide and click the check mart to save the change

thar should do the trick.

yeah you can get it off i think you press "2" i did it on myine you go to settings or something and set it so when you press 2 if not just try pressing 2 once and it will leave push it once more and it will be back
