It's in Acholi or Langi, which are languages of the these tribes in northern Uganda. The words mean that in Heaven with God is where the believers will be. Then it says something like 'in Heaven with God the believers will be dancing/praising/singing etc in the house of the Lord, 'there is love/life in the house of the Lord' and so on.
