the match Andre pinned him in was in Milan, Italy in April 1988 shortly after WrestleMania 4 ... it was the only victory Andre ever scored over Warrior...and you only saw the closing moments of the match in the clip that used to be on here. Then in their 1989 feud, Warrior pinned Andre cleanly in under like 15 seconds like 30 times! Along with Hogan (who only pinned him once) , Warrior is the only wrestler to pin Andre..Antonio Inoki is the only one to make Andre submit.

Looking at the shot from 2:35 Andre looks every bit of 7'4" he was billed as. I mean, the Warrior is 6'2" and Andre has a full head over him(of course Andre's head is twice the size of a normal head). Good point. Like any TV show, scripting is needed to maintain order. However, many critics tend to forget that it did not mean a certain amount of ad-lib could not be used, either. Andre could have said, "I will not be body-slammed tonight." If the Warrior went ahead and did it anyway, and he had a tendency to ignore just about everyone else, then the Giant could have just retaliated outside of character.

I would have liked seeing Andre pounding Warrior and then finally pinning him clean.

Brother Love, Brother Brain, and Brother Andre were my heroes. The Ultimate Nitwit was the true villain as far as I was concerned. He basically cheated Andre over and over with cheap shots such as whacking him from behind before the bell ever rang. He had to do that in order to stand a chance against the mighty giant. Warrior was too much of a poor sport to just try taking him on in a truly fair confrontation. Therefore, I was happy when Andre pinned his shoulders in Italy.

Thw whole reason why Warrior's gimmick was so "out there" was because he couldn't wrestle. They had to compensate for that by making him a comic book character, which seemed to be very popular back in those days.

I could only see him winning by using a very good plan to outsmart the giant. Getting him off his feet was very hard. In most cases, it would rarely work; therefore, Andre had to go easy on him.

Warrior seemed completely idiotic. He'd lift Andre and then slam him only to just waste so much time pounding on his chest. Why? Andre would then recover quickly

The Ultimate Idiot was one of the most over-rated specimens in the history of the WWF. When did he actually wrestle? He had to depend on clotheslines for just about everything. I am not saying he was not a powerhouse. Obviously, he was, but that did not make him a technician.
