This wont get you big arms, to increase your muscle mass you need to do heavy weights and low reps, thats the key to muscle mass wether your working on your biceps or triceps. By doing high reps and light weights you are toning your muscles, they wont grow but will get toned. By the way if you do a lot of reps with low weights you will burn your muscle which wont really help.

The amount of muscle you you gain will all depend on how much rest you get (so your muscles can grow), what type of upper body workouts and exercises you are doing, your nutrition is extremely key as well. @MrYalabena - Hey both ways are good. I would try then after pushups, although your chest is gonna CRY FOR MERCY!!!, but that is goal I guess. It is always good to expirement...some people may get more our of one way then the other - Try both and then let us know your feedback adn how you feel. We all expect to hear back from you next week...same time - one workout After Pushups - then 2 days later try them alone...and gives us your feedback.
This is the first time that I have seen this exercise! I'm going to add this to my workouts. This exercise can possibly workout your entire upper body.
@abexercisesthatwork Hey Absexercisethatwork - this is a great Arm Workout or Chest Workout finisher or you can do for a quick upperbody, core and arms pumps.
@mosthandsomelatino - You can do this as a finisher for form your overall arm workout, As a stand alone twice per week or something you perform before you head out on a date, to the clubs or you just want a great pump!!!!!
If you want to get big arms work your way up to pressing big weights.
If you can bench, close grip and shoulder press heavy weight for reps, you aint gonna have small triceps are you?
If you want bigger biceps, focus on less known excercises like reverse curls, hammer curls and incline curls, they target the brachialis, a small tennis ball muscle under your bicep brachii. A well developed brachiallis will you great bicep peaks.
If you want big biceps - you will also supplement this exercise with other mass building arm exercises - both Tri's and Bis (tri's for sure) - Check out the 8 week bi's and tri's videos I have on Youtube
Train your back hard. When you train your back you indirectly tagert biceps. (rows and pulls etc). No one ever had big biceps and not a well developed back.

@Ajthewildcat11 all i can say is i've lost 100 lbs so far, not all using funk's workouts but since i've discovered his videos i've noticed a ridiculous change. all you have to do is gut it out and finish the workouts! ive been making my own! funk you are the man!

@craik62 No I have never taken steroids, and yes you can get that big by nutrition and training smart. But I am not that big in this video...probably about 190lbs at 6ft- If I took roids, I better be 210lbs plus or it's a waste...check out my vids on my channel - I'm 185lbs now - ripped!!!!! - THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENT THOUGH, LOVE WHEN PEOPLE THINK I TAKE ROIDS, IT'S A TESTAMENT TO MY TRAINING!!!

@MrYalabena - Hey both ways are good. I would try then after pushups, although your chest is gonna CRY FOR MERCY!!!, but that is goal I guess. It is always good to expirement...some people may get more our of one way then the other - Try both and then let us know your feedback adn how you feel. We all expect to hear back from you next week...same time - one workout After Pushups - then 2 days later try them alone...and gives us your feedback.

@mosthandsomelatino - You can do this as a finisher for form your overall arm workout, As a stand alone twice per week or something you perform before you head out on a date, to the clubs or you just want a great pump!!!!!

If you want to get big arms work your way up to pressing big weights.
If you can bench, close grip and shoulder press heavy weight for reps, you aint gonna have small triceps are you?
If you want bigger biceps, focus on less known excercises like reverse curls, hammer curls and incline curls, they target the brachialis, a small tennis ball muscle under your bicep brachii. A well developed brachiallis will you great bicep peaks.

If you want big biceps - you will also supplement this exercise with other mass building arm exercises - both Tri's and Bis (tri's for sure) - Check out the 8 week bi's and tri's videos I have on Youtube

Train your back hard. When you train your back you indirectly tagert biceps. (rows and pulls etc). No one ever had big biceps and not a well developed back.
