Try the 300 work out, then say that you can do half lol I am in pretty decent condition and I can only do half of that 300 routine. I haven't tried this yet, mainly because I have no dumbbells, but once I do, I will.
Don't quit. Do what you can do. If you find yourself worn out halfway through, cut the number of reps of the first exercises until you can do the whole workout, even if it's just 3 reps per excercise. You'll work up naturally.

if you ask me I would exercise every 2 days, but full body on those days. however seperate the exercises as if they were alternating days, for example focus on upperbody and arms for 20 minutes. work hard as if thats all you were training. then do 20 minutes of lower body. 15 minutes of core and half an hour of cardio. each time resting in between the sessions, but youre doing full body in one day.
some guys like want a girl like her fit and no fat, but then do u guys ever realize that the girls want a guy muscled with no body fat too? im working on it
Great workout; I don't think I'd have the courage to do those kind of push-ups; I'd be too nervous thinking about the dumbbells rolling to the side, lol. Now, that's balance!
When she says she's going to repeat the whole deal one more time... and then maybe three more times... it makes me want to cry. She's obviously in extreme pain. :( Working out sucks.

I strongly disagree with this exercise.
One small mistake and one of your wrists is history.
You want to do this, do it with square shaped dumbells instead.
Something like this on round dumbells is a big no no.
