i guess arbiter flew into the banshee to help mastercheif in the start of the mission to help mastercheif but got shot down and was unconcisous with the flamethrower in the pelican and he woke up when mastercheif came and he took the flamethrower and helped mastercheif . they should have been a flood elite hijack it and chase then you would man the turrent to shoot the elite/parsite/zombie type thing down and mastercheif did the same mistake and writing in caital letter make you think your angry

This is a great time to point out the difference in story between co-op and single because in single the arbiter comes to aid your escape but in co-op hes your friend so he comes with you to begin with.

You can drive it when you play on legendary with iron skull on and you have to play from the beginning...becauseyou need it to get to one of the 7 recon skulls...its way out of the map...i tried to get them but bungie deleted them 2 years ago :(

I find that the room you're required to get up to the top in, it's best to enter with a sniper type weapon, pick the stuff off from the entry point, there's a sniper rifle in the box to reload with in front of you. Once you've whittled down the enemy, you can enter, with enough choices on fire power laying around with the dead. The flame thrower slows you, and creates fires ahead that you have to avoid, I prefer a sword and rifle to make my way through
